Board of Zoning Appeals 5-7-75 <br />_5- <br />, 15• Sparky DiBenedetto, 23203 Lorain Rdo Request for variance (1133m13)o <br />Kequest for combined use of parking facilities at 26679 Brookpark Rd. <br />Ext. Violation of Orde 62-33 Section 1212.03. <br />Present: Sparky DiBenedetto, Councilmen Goggin and Saringer we were ad- <br />ministered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Mr. Gundy ex- <br />plained history of plans and somewhat of a change of occupancy <br />from retail to restaurant. There is over abundance of parking <br />for Gold Circle because grocery store was nevsr built. There <br />was agreement in letter from Gold Circle stating they will give <br />30 parking spacas. 30 parking spaces are lacking for restaurant. <br />Request is to combine parking across Brookpark Rd. Exte Mr. <br />Gundy explained we are talking about the whole development; two <br />new stores are to be built by Deco 1 and parking from the two <br />new stores can be more x3onveniently sharedo Conditional vari- <br />ance was discussed. Mr. Tubbs moved to deny request for combined <br />use of.parking facilities. Mr. Olson secondedo Motion -oassed. <br />Request rejected. <br />16o Hickory Hills Building Co., 28867 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13) <br />Request for 4 ft. setback variance at 3446 Tree Lane (Sub Lot 16). Violation <br />of Ordo 62-33 Section 1159.01e <br />17. Viola.tion of Orde <br />62-33 Section 1163o01 (Sub Lot 12)e <br />Present: NIr. Latina, the builder and many neighbors and Councilman Saringer. <br />14itnesses were administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Map <br />showing locations was studieda R2ra Tubbs moved to grant variance of <br />4 fto for side yard setback. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passedo <br />Abote action for Sub Lot 16, 3L46 Tree Lane. <br />On Sub Lot 12 there are no neighbors near in rearm Mr. Olson moved <br />(for conditional approval on the premise property omner in rear has <br />no objections) to grant 17 fto rear yard variance. Mr. Tubbs second- <br />ed. Motion passed.
