Mr. <br />Bowex° detazled the requests: Sub Tot 39 request is for 10 ft. side <br />yard variance and a few inches in the rear; Sub Lot !t0 request is <br />for a less than required distance between two houses; and Sub Lot <br />L2 request is for less than the 15 ft. side yard and a few inches <br />in the rear. Mr. Bow.er said these homes are for models, they are <br />larger Class A homes in Class C district and will compliment the <br />area. A 50 ft. home is standard size for Shore West Construction <br />Co. Mr. Ledvina thinks homes will look crammed. Next door neigh- <br />bor objected, saying it will be to tight to him. Mrsm Simon, next <br />to Sub Lot 39 inquired about distance from proposed home to her <br />home. She was told 9 ft. She also inquired about easement. There <br />is another aceess to maintain sewers. Mr. Duskey moved to reject <br />request for variance on Sub Lot 39. Mr. Tubbs seconded and motion <br />passed unanimously. Request for variance on Sub Lot L0 was with- <br />drawn. Mr. Hamill moved to reject request for variance on Sub Lot <br />42 Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed unanimouslyo <br />12.
