Plan to be <br />considered tonight is combining of Iots. 48 townkiouses were <br />approved at a previous meeting. Developer will be installing <br />sub standard access drives and such drives are not eligible for <br />dedication as city streets. This is legal and propera Sub di-- <br />vision meets al1 codes. Law Director Gareau said the ordinance <br />will have to be amended for the subdivision of commercial propertye <br />Mr. Tischler said ha does not like the development of retail behind <br />retail on th.e same lot.
