Mr. Gibson was irrf ormed of this matter <br />at this time. The two lots have never been devel.oped. The Planning <br />Commission must have actual dratiing before it before there can be ac- <br />tion taken, Resubdivision must come before action on plot planv Mr. <br />Gibson had topo map. Mr. MeDermott said such map is not acceptable <br />for purpose of resubdivision. Mr. Freeh moved to place in committee. <br />Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) New Requests <br />(1)Princeton Manor Shopping Area <br />Mr. Gundy presented plans for 24,000 sq. fte retail strip shopping <br />center on east side of Great Northern Blvd. north of Boar's Head <br />Restaurant. Mr. Gundy had studied pZans and they meet requirements. <br />128 parking spaced are required and 129 are provided. NIr.Puzzitiel- <br />2io, developer and Nira Gunther, architect were present. Setback is <br />to be 93 ft. with 10 ft. planting strip. 1-31hite brick and ti.mberline <br />shingles are to be construction materialso There is single family <br />area behind; six ft. buffer fence behind the retail is planned. En- <br />gineer McDermott said drainage mets standards. Seven stores of one <br />story height are in the plan. Plans taere examined by Commissioners. <br />Mr. Tischler moved for approva}.. Mr. E1liott seconded and motion <br />passed. <br />IV. Old Business <br />1.(See Above) <br />2.Cardinal Federal Savings and Loan Subdivision - south side of Lorain <br />across from Canterbury <br />Assembled before the Commission at this time were Jerald A. Baker, <br />Vice President of B3.skup Rowe Associates and Rabert E. Gladura, Vice <br />President of Cardinal Federal Savings and I,oan. Law Director Gareau <br />stated corrected deed has been filed and reflects this is one parcel. <br />The legislation pending before Council is not necessary. Presently <br />in question is two ft. strip which may have to do with proposed road- <br />way (Canterbury Road Extension) The two fto stra.p was on subdivi.- <br />sion plan which was approved at last meeting of Planning Commission. <br />Council may have ta reject the subdivision. Law Director Gareau <br />said matter is now out of hands of Planning Commission. Mr. Roberts <br />moved Ytem IVo (2) (Cardinal Federal) be removed from the agenda. <br />Mr. E],liott seconded and motion passed.
