A. <br />Planning Commi.ssion 5-27-75 - 3 - <br />cyclone fence. NIre Tischl.er seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br />IV. Old Busine5s <br />(a) Columbia Village <br />Mr. Gundy presented plans for Columbia Village. Mr. Gundy had review- <br />ed the plans and found they generally do meet the ordinance. Added to <br />plans were rumble strips and chain link fence. There is to be total <br />of 318 apartmentso Mr. Dennis Stokes was present. Nlr. Stokes submit- <br />ted notorizad letters of intent concerning items to be upheld by Co1um- <br />bia Va1l.age developer. Required revisions to the plans have been de- <br />livered to the City Engineer on May 27, 1975. Discussion was held re- <br />garding proposals from Engineering Department particularly with re- <br />gard to relocation of sanitary sever (plans to connect to John Knox <br />sewer). Mr. Freeh moved site plans for Columbia Village with the <br />certifications numbered 1 through 6 attached thereto be approved. Mr. <br />Frokasy seconded and motion passed. <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) See above <br />(b) Pleasant Homes Resubdivision - north side of Broxbourne and Guilford - <br />five snb lotsa <br />Plans were submitted to make 4 lots of 60 ft. each and 1 lot of 80 ft. <br />in C area with single residential zoning. Mr. Tischler questioned <br />formation of one L-shaped Iot. There was no information.from Fngineer- <br />ing Department and no one came forward to represent the subdivision. <br />Mr. Roberts moved to place in committee. New Business <br />Recording Secretary Hodgins was instructed to send all members of the Com- <br />mission copies of Rules and Regulations of Planning Commission. Mr. Pro- <br />kasy suggested study for amendments particularly Page lt Section 3 refer- <br />ring to Prelimi.nary Plans and Nlaps. <br />IX. Adjournment <br />NIr. Roberts moved to excuse abences of Mrs. Eian and Mr.. Rafeld.
