Planning Commission 10-14-75 <br />- : 4- <br />-?? Mrm Tischler clarified his position - gave description of worl{ <br />? of Planning Commission and told how he thinks this is not good <br />pla nning. <br />Mr. Clingman spoke of conversation long ago with Mapir Christ- <br />man regarding extension of Elm Rd. (State was considering pur- <br />chase of property for same). <br />Needed are information regarding (1) disposition of new Elm Rde <br />and (2) storm sewer situation. <br />Mr. Clingman said plans are to drain proposed Elm Rd. south as <br />well as drainage from new development - confirmation from State <br />is still needed, but tonight he needs approval of plans. <br />Mro Prokasy said we need updated information from the Engineering <br />Department. A resident stated there is no time schedule for I-L80 <br />Mr. Clingman seems to think he can drain3 he knois boundaries and <br />State would have to pick it upo <br />Mrs. Eian moved to place in committee pending report from Engineer- <br />ing Department. New Business <br />(a) Trotwood Subdivision <br />Mr. Clingman distributed copies of proposal. Tllr. Clingman stated <br />Zoning Board gave variance of 20 ft. at Special P4eeting September <br />17, 1975. 46 condominium units are planned. Engineer McDermott <br />pointed out that one building is on easement and underground drain- <br />age has not been planned. Before Mr. Clingman formally presents <br />plan (1) safety check, (2) Relocation of sewer, and (3) Rededica- <br />tion of easement are needed, <br />IX. Adjournment <br />Absences of Mra Elliott and Rafeld were excused. <br />Mrs. Eian moved for adjournment.
