Appellant - Gus Pappas' 4998 Dover Road <br />Requested permission for the use of a license for the sale of <br />beer and wine to be consumed on the premises of He1lerPS Dining Room. <br />A public hearing was set for 8:30 PoM. on April 199 1960. <br />7m Appellant - Mrs. James P. Barges, 6574 Maplehurst Drive <br />g proposed detached garage would necessarily be placed so that the <br />distance from the xear 1ot line would be 2 feet short of the required <br />distance. It was determined that dzie to the lot layout a special <br />• hardship would be imposed upon the owner if the appeal was denied. <br />It was moved by Mr. Byers' seoonded by Mre Morgan' to approve the <br />variancee "Yeas" Byers, Klinite and.llorgan. Biddulph, <br />' 27726 Lorain Road <br />The appellant requested permission for hangi.ng a business si.gn from <br />his building so that it would overhang the sidewalk. Here, as in Case <br />Noo 39 the building is built to the edge of the sidewalk. <br />It was moved by Mr. Byers' seconded by Mr. Morgan, to approve the <br />variance. "Yeas" Byers, Klinite and Morgan. "Nays" - None. <br />9. App.ellant - Mr. Nelson Euga' 5596 Burns Road Mro Euga asked for permission to move gm existing garage to a point <br />which would not leave the required rear lot line clearance. It was <br />determined that.this was a hardship ease and also that garages on ad- <br />joining lots are located only 3 ft. from the rear lot line. It was <br />moved by Mra Morgan and seconded by Mr. Byerse to approve the request. <br />The motion was una.n.imously approved. A letter from Li.llian Nicholaa to Mr. Qviatt requesting enforcement <br />of the Zoning Ordinance for alleged violations of parking commercial <br />40 aehicles and the sale of used aars on service station lots was presented <br />by Erneat Gundy for an opinion by the Zoning BoardO Action was de£erred <br />until the problem eould be examined in more detail. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.Mo <br />Willard A..Klinite, Chairman Pro-Tem Edward W.
