Gundy, Building Commissioner <br />The minufies of the regular meeting of April 4, 1961, were read and approved0 <br />lo Appellant; Jack Kronz - 5740 Elmhurst Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appeltant requested permission to build an 18 x 22' garage within 3 feet <br />of the property line, making a variance of 2 feete The appellant presented <br />written approval from the following neighbors: <br />Arthur Birindt - 5802 Elmhurst Road <br />W. R. Harmon - 5723 Elmhurst Road <br />Daniel H. Clark - 5722 Elmhurst Road <br />Carroll Seian - 5718 Elmhurst Road <br />Mrs. Kemp - Elmhurst Road <br />tt was moved by Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Byers that the variance <br />be granted. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />2. Appellant: Emmett L._L_emp? - 14412 Courtland Avenue <br />Cleveland 11, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to move a house now on Grayton Road in <br />Cleveland to sublot no. 8 on Park Lane in North Olmsted and place the house <br />within 15 feet of the rear property line, making a variance of 35 feete <br />It was decided to continue this matter for public hearing on Tuesday, May 16; <br />the members of the Board meeting at the property in question at 7:30 p.m. <br />and adjourning to the City Hall for a speciat meeting at 8 p.m. This would <br />be the arrangement unless the appellant withdrew his appeal before the date <br />sefi for public hearing. <br />3. Appeliant• Udestwood Buildinq Company, Georqe Pastlethwait - 6500 Pearl Road <br />Cleveland 30, Ohio <br />The appellant requested a variance of 4 feet in the side yard footage in <br />' building a single family dwelling on sublot no. 38, East Roadway, Sunset Oval, <br />North Olmsted. The variance was requested for just this one iot.
