Gundy, Building Commissioner <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of June 6 were read and approved. <br />1. Appellant: Mrs. l+lilliam H. Jordon =5T15 Dover Center Road <br />North O,,.msted, Oh i o <br />The appellant requested permission to open a belpty shop in a single residential <br />area, asking for a use permit. <br />It was moved by Mlr. Greene and seconded by Mr. Byers that the matter be held <br />over for a special publ3c hearing on Wednesday, July 5 at 7:30 p.m. The motion <br />was unanimously approved. <br />2. Appetlant: irlatson Penrod - 55$$ Fitch Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to erect a one-story tool shedo The erection <br />of th3s tool shed without a concrete slab is in violation to the building code. <br />This matter was carried over from the meeting of June 6. There were no persons <br />present in opposition to the variance. <br />It was moved by Mrs Morgan and seconded by Mr. Greene that the variance be granted <br />with the provis6on that it be in agreement with the building code. The motion <br />was unanimously approved. <br />3. Appellant_: Richard Morqan - 5171 Dewey Road <br />North O.l,msted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to erect a two»car garage within 5 feet of the <br />property line. <br />It was moved by Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Greene that the variance be granted. <br />1'he motion was unanimously approved. <br />4. Appellant: James Rugqiero - 23077 Alexander Road <br />North 07msted, Ohio <br />The appeilant requested permission to enclose an existing concrete patio, which
