Lemp - 14412 Courtland Avenue <br />Cleveland 11, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to move a house now on Grayton Road in <br />Cleveland to sublot no. 8 on Park Lane in North Olmsted. The appeilant now <br />asked for a variance of 12-1/2 feet in the rear yard footage and 4 feet for <br />one corner of the house in the front yard footage0 <br />Appearing in opposition: Mr. & Mrs. Arthur L. Barrow - 5157 Park Lane <br />It was moved by Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Byers that both rear and front <br />yard variances be granted as per the appellant's specifications on file this <br />date. The motiora was approved by Messrs.
