<br />It was stated that the School Board does not desire to acquire the 5-foot easement
<br />over..this land as previously discussed. After a brief discussion, it was.moved by
<br />Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Ford9 to approve this plan contingent on the fact that
<br />the School Board does not desire the easement. YEAS LaPonza, Ford, Macs, Vincent,
<br />Stack, Mongello, Kadylak.

<br />As required, Mr. Oviatt presented the Co*nmission with a plot plan of tne areao It
<br />showed a 60-foot roadway and. the developer has an easernent on sizblot 8 to Clague
<br />Road ditcl1 to serve the area for storm drainageo The developer would be willing to
<br />pav for additional tile and enlargement of the ditch. It was moved by Mre LaPonza,
<br />seconded b,y Mr. Nlacs, to accept tne preliminary plat and insert this on tho new zone
<br />map provided that adequate buffer strips and screening be shown on the plat.
<br />Discussion ensued and it was unanimously approved.
<br />NIATT I-iEWS
<br />Mr. Daniel tiiat'._?ews' ozJner of the lot located at the intersection of Brookparlc and
<br />Lorain Roads next to Gas Town, presented a proposal to the Commission to divide this
<br />lot into two lots. The one lot would be 50 x 400 at the front end and 150 x 500 at
<br />the back end and the other lot would be 100 x 40. The lot is 850 feet altogether::?
<br />and has an easement which AIr. Matthews proposed to use as a street. His proposa_l
<br />was to put in four (4) service stores and a motel or apartment. It was suggested
<br />by Mr. Vincent that NTro Matthews loave the pla-t with the Commission and they i,rould
<br />stud,y it and have further action at the next meeting.

<br />A plat was presented to the Commission of a parcel of land located on P4artin Drive.
<br />qny action on this plat was held in abe.vance until the Commission can make a field
<br />check of this area.
<br />BISKIND - LYNHAUEN ESTATES SUBDNISION
<br />There is a total of 303 lots in this subdivision. The school board is definitely
<br />interested in acquiring the lands located at the South end of this subdivision
<br />behind McKenzie Roado Mr. Biskind has left a street opening to fit in with the
<br />school board's wisheso Mr. Biskind stated that he would buy the land that the
<br />school board was not desirous of using for one half of the cost of the land t'nat
<br />was to be used bv the board. iMr. Wilson was of the opinion that this is a very -
<br />good plane It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by NIr. Macs, to accept this plat
<br />for recording purposes only, holding sublot 47 and the presentl,y shown street opening
<br />in abeyance until the school board has made def'inite plans for a street opening.
