<br />The improvement drawings Urere presented for su.blots 6 through 11 for the model
<br />houses. On the recommendation of the Cit,y Engineer, it was moved by Mro rord,
<br />seconded b,y P•s. LaPonza, to approve the i_mprovement drawings for these lots as
<br />model homes with non-occupanc,y rating. YEAS LaPonza, Ford, Macs, Mongello.,
<br />Stack, Vincent, Kadylak.
<br />BISKIND - COUDiTRY CLUB BOULFVARD
<br />Nlre Biskind was represented by Mr, Morton Stotter and Mr. & Mrs, Zoldesy were
<br />represented by Michael T. Scanlon. After a length,y discussion on this problem,
<br />it was stated that the Commission had unanimously approved this boulevard two
<br />meetings before and would no doubt approve it again. It was moved by Mre Kad,ylak,
<br />seconded by Mra Mongello, to approve this plat and send it on to Council for action
<br />to be taken by them, the feeling of the Commission still being that the boulevard
<br />will benefit the City. YFAS Kad,ylak, Mongello., LaPonza, Stack, Macs, Ford, Vincent.
<br />Improvement drawinas were presented for the Boulevard. They were discussed and on
<br />the recommendation of the Cit,y Engineer, it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by

<br />Mr. C. 0. Fisher carne before the Commission for their approval of the new street open-
<br />ing off of Lorain Road to join with West 237th Streete Sublot 16 is being left open
<br />for the Church. It was moved by Mr. Kadylak, seconded by Nire Ford, to approve this,
<br />contingent on sublot 16 being left open for use b,y the Church until such time as the
<br />Church builds or disposes of the property then it is to be used by the City for street
<br />purposes, remaining with Libb,y-Lee for an indefinite period of time, and to be shown
<br />on the final linen as a street opening either to the City or to the Church. YEAS

<br />Improvement drawings connecting the 3 subdivisions were presented. Upon the recommend-
<br />ation of the City Engineer9 it was moved by P4rs LaPonza, seconded by P.Zr. Ford, to approve

<br />14adow Subdivision No. 2 was submitted to the Commission by Mro Kanareff for study for
<br />the next meeting.

<br />PZr. Yiangani stated that the Commission should have the Zone I'Zap read,y for the Council
<br />meeting of Tuesda,y' iiarch 20, 1962, and was told that it would be ready. The commission
<br />is having a special meeting Saturday at 9:00 A.M. for approval of the zonin; ordinance
<br />and map.
