Minutes of a meeting May 12, 1962 -2 - SHAVE of the Planning Commission Mre Shave woula like to witndraw his request for the third home located at the corner of Butternut Ridge Road and Fitch Road. The Commission has been advised by the Ma,yor and some members of Council to find a parcel of land where a public swimming pool or a private swimming pool for public use can be placed. The Commission would like to suggest the northernmost part of North Olmsted Park for such use. Tt was moved by Mr. Kadylak, soconded by Nlro Mongello, to suggest to Council the adoption of an ordinance giving developers or subdividers a permit on a house by house basis or a minimum of 5e The purpose of this is to have some system of control on construction until the archa.tectural board ban be established. Martindale came before the Commission with a request to complete his garage as originally planned and use it for residential purposes for servants or people who would be working for him as compensation to them. It was moved by Mr. TIongello, seconded by Mr. Kadylak, to approve this proposed use on the condition that there be a deed restric- tion that both parcels have to be sold as a single unit and cannot be sold separately. As this proposed subdivision meets with all of the requirements, it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Mongello, to approve the preliminar,y plat, YEAS LaPonza, Mongello, Macs, Kadylak. COUNT RY CLUB SOULEVARD Improvement draUrings for Cou_ntry Club Boulevard including water main, sanitary seUrer' and storm sewers in the area., were presented to the Commission. On the recommendation of the City Engineer it was moved by Mre LaPonza9 seconded by NIr. Macs, to approve the improvement drawings of Country Club Boulevard. YEAS LaPonza9 14acs, Mongello, ISad,ylak.
