DiBenedetto, 23203 Lorain Ra, stated that the he had applied to the Planning <br />Commission and been approved 4/13/60 acad the Council also approved 5/60.for 2 <br />Office Buildings9 4 units of apartmerats and the proposed zoning change would <br />prohibit this and that the land could be rezoned for the best use which in his <br />opinion is foa° the development-he pt°oposes which would extend futher than the <br />500 feet, .
