Bd. of Zoning Appeals <br />May 21, 1963 Meeting <br />It was moved by Mr. Greene that variances contained on the Plot Plan <br />for Walter & Lottie Pelech, Suburban Planners, dated May of 1963, be <br />approved, contingent upon receipt by the Board of letters of approval <br />from the abutting property owners; namely, Clague Congregational Church, <br />Norman & Ruth Stutz and George Christman, Motion seconded by Mr. Klinite <br />and unanimously approvedo <br />3. Appellant: Deerfie1d Estates, Flair Builders, represented by <br />Earl Linden, 5299 State Road, Parma, Ohio. <br />Reference: Back Yard footage variance with respect to the <br />following: <br />Sublot #24 - 3677 Fairlawn <br />#25 ° 3663 Fairlawn <br />#50 - 24346 Fair1awn <br />#53 - 3652 Fairlawn <br />#54 ° 3664 Fairlawn <br />#55 - 3676 Fairlawn <br />#57 - 24440 Woodmere <br />Appellant advised the Board that in accordance with request of Council, <br />homes covered by plot plan were up-graded by construction of garages. <br />Said construction necessitates requests for variance of present Zoning <br />Ord., Chapter 1163, Chapter 1163.01, <br />Ptans were examined by the Board and a determination was arrived at that <br />granting of variances with respect to Sublot Nose 53, 54 and 57 would <br />necessitate approval of owners of abutting propertiese <br />It was moved by Mre Greene that rear-yard variance be granted on Sublot <br />Nos. 24, 25, 50 and 55; further, that the rear-yard variance be granted <br />on Sublot Nos. 53, 54 and 57, subject to approval of owners of abutting <br />properties.
