Lot on ti•ahich appellant proposes t o build is on the one-half oi <br />lot which comes to a point at Butterrut Ridge and Columbia. (See sketch attached). <br />Building of a home on this odd-shaped ;ar°operty was approved by the Plannung Commission. <br />Qppe7.lant presented a letter signed by neighbors Carl F. Lamparter, Sr., and <br />F. M. Laanparter, 5906 ColumbZa Rd., G. G. Gatsos and Margaret Gatsos, 5885 Columbia <br />Rd.., stating they had no objections to requested v-ariance. <br />Mr. An.dreta J. Repkop 25190 Butternut Ridge Rdo, and Mr. Everett El1isy 25197 Butter- <br />nut Ridge Rd., are the property owners in back of the corner property. They <br />questior_ed the front and side set-backs of proposed home. Nir. t+,l.lis was much <br />concerned because even tho he is s;tuated in back of the 1ot facing Butternut <br />Ridge, he would probably be affected by the decisions on the appellantts property. <br />Building on the portion of land facing Butternut Ridge R.d. wovld pla.ce a house in <br />fror_t of his home, and this Tqould be unpleasant and und.esirable. <br />Chairman Morgan suggested that the Board and members of the Planning Commission meet <br />at this pa.rticular piece of property and study the situation before a decision is <br />rendered, and tha.t a special maeting be set-un for June 18' 1963, 7:30 P.M. for a <br />re-hearing. <br />It was moved by Mra Kl.inite thati this matter be tabled un.til June 18' 1963, 7030 1'.Nl. <br />and that 9. study of property be maele by Board Members and meinbers of the Plannin.g <br />Commission prior to date of ineeting. Motion seconcl.ed by Mr.Smith and unani.molzsly <br />approged., <br />6-9-634 <br />In reference to the above Case No. 2, Appellant William H. Spra.nger, all me*nbers <br />of the Board and Ballard Vincent, Chairman of the Planning Commission, on Friday9 <br />June 79 1963, met a.t the property in_ qa.estion to investigate the possibility of <br />building a home on the property in cgzestion withotlt approved variance from the City <br />Code. <br />A revision of Mr. Springer's plans inclicated that it was possible to build a home <br />on the property within -the code, and no fuxther action by the Board is required.
