The attached garage homes will <br />requixe the variances. Appellan-t ha.s tried to obtain some of the rear property, <br />but has been unsuccess.ful.. This subdivision was approved by t he Planning Commission <br />in 1962. Streets and wa.ter are already in. <br />14r. Biskind voiced t he opinion that builders who are coming in for back yard <br />variances are going to build a better home.
