OFFICIAL CHANGE UF MINUTES <br />N0RTH L'LMSTED BOHRD GF 2UnT]:NG I1PPEKLS <br />AgEETING OF SEPTEiy4BER 17, 1963 <br />At the October 13, 1964 Board of Zoning hppeals Meeting, the <br />discussion of a variance request by Bruscino Development, Inc. brought <br />out the fact that the original reauest for variances for back yards <br />in the f}eerfield Subdivision was for ten (10) £eet, atthough the <br />mi.nu-tes of tlie meeting indicate 82 feet, for Sublots 19 through 67, <br />and which the minutes show as being approved at 82 feet. It was <br />moved, seconeied and approved that the ininutes of the September 17, <br />1963 meeting be revised accordingly. <br />The folloiNing ttivo paragraphs of I& ge 3 of the September 17, 1963 <br />minutes of the Board Meeting are hereby revised: <br />4. b Appellant is asking f or up to ten f eet back yard variances on <br />an uncertain percentage of homes, depen.ding upon sales. The <br />,., models of cantemplated homes wi11 have attached garages, and <br />??. two mociels will have detached garages. T1ie attached garage <br />homes will requ,ire the variances. Appellant has tried to <br />obtain some of the re ar property, but has been unsuccess£u1e <br />This subdivision was approved by the Planning Commission in <br />1962. Streets and water are already in. <br />4.e N1r. Greene moved that variances not to exceed ten feet on <br />homes tivith ati:ached garages be granted on Sublots 19 thru 67. <br />When appellant is ready to build on Fawn Drive in tliis allot- <br />rnent, he wilx then present appeals. Motion secanci.ed and appraved <br />by Messrs. ;reene and Morgan. Mr. Byers did not approve. - <br />Please insert tliis page in its proper place in the Sept. 1963 <br />Minutes.
