(Cha.pter 1163, <br />Sub-Chapter 1163.01 °Minianum Rear Yard Depths1t, page 42). <br />Interested ffieighbors listed abaQe oppose arly granting of variances and feel that <br />homes conforiru.ng to the city code should be bua.It in this development. <br />Appellant advised that they plan to build tri-levels and ranch4type homes, and <br />variances are needed. They could build colonials and have no problems for they <br />would not need a single variance, but they feel that homes with attached garages <br />would be of more galue to the eorrmiunity. <br />r7r. Smith is opposed to gxanting an entire suYdivision a blanket 151 back ya.rd <br />variance. Mr. Greene felt this way also and moved that thie variance request be <br />deni.ed.
