It was felt that such a building would lower property values and also <br />would be a hazard to curious childxen. <br />- Because of the above, appellant withdrew his appeal and advised he would try to <br />locate in a commercial district, clearing first with the Fire Department. <br />5. Appellant: Frank Munk and Tibor Kozma, owners of preperty at 5245 Dover <br />Center Rd., N. C}lmsted, 0. (Mr. Kozma present). <br />Reference: Pernission to subdivide their 1001 lot into two 501 lots and <br />all,ow the building of a one family brick bungalow on the <br />vacant part of the property. <br />(Ninimum Width of lot for above district is 701)o Chapter <br />1157, Sub-Chapter 1157s01. <br />Dover Center Road neighbors presEnt objecting to request: <br />kIr.
