(affected neighbor). <br />Nir. Barnrn-rd questioned other large signs now in existance and other signs which had <br />been approved; brightness; and if signs would be a nuisance. Questions were an- <br />swered to his satisfaction. Mr. H. D. Humphrey of 24438 Rosita Lane questioned th.e <br />safety angle; the fact that the sign_s would be in line with traffic signa.ls. <br />Nlr, Gundy advised that this point would be carefully checked out tJy the Safety <br />Department befox°e issuing perrrit. <br />Mr. Greene moved that the variance be grar.ted upon anproval of the Safety Department. <br />Iqrs. (Chapter 1151,04 (H), Page 34). <br />A,ppellantt s home is the second hou.se in back of commercial groperty. The first <br />house is rental property anc3 the teaaa.nts neglect sarne, allowing rubbish to collect, <br />do not cut grass, and always have ma.ny old cars parked in the back yard. Fence <br />is to shut out unsightly view of this property and also loading area of the <br />commercial property. Qwarof this first home, 3839 Clague Rdo' not present at the <br />meetingo Neighbor F. NT. Vardyan, 3830 Clague, was in favor of the fenceo <br />Mrs. Eian moved that the erection of a 64 high fence be permitted. Motion seconded <br />by Mro Greene and unanimous7y approved, <br />5.
