5. Appellant: Mrs. N3arguerite Niojzis, 23583 Marion Drive, North 0lrnsted. <br />Ref : Request for varaance to buila a 42' x 181 addition to the <br />current dwelling, which is a 1.awful nonconforming building, <br />whieh would be in violation of Goning (Jrdinance 62-33, Chapter <br />1231, prohibi.tin.g additions to nonconforming buildings. <br />Mrs. Mojzis was accoinpanied by Mr. Garl Yedlack, the builder who wculd <br />do the remodeling, who indicated tla.e addition would be a f wnily rovm <br />and two bedroomss Mr. G. Rife, 23598 Marian Drgve, expressed opposi- <br />tion to the requesta N'1r. Harold ?iuller, 23582 Elifford Drive, opposed <br />the request if it raeant more children would suddenly be living in the <br />house upon eompletion of the addiicion. Mr. Schaaf read the section of <br />the Ordinance prohibiting adciitions to nonconforming buildingse Mr. <br />Lee Moehle, 23611 Marion Drive, said his rear view eastward fscom his <br />home urould be comp3.etely obscured by the acldition. <br />Mr. Yecllick said he would withdraw the applicatian for variance and <br />will resubmit the plans with wgd-th reduced by seven f eet to comply <br />with the side line requirements. <br />6. Appellant: Mr. Robert Scott, 5656 MacKenzie Road, Nortli Olrnsted. <br />Ref: Request for variance to erect a five-foot wire fence around <br />part of his back yard immediately behind -L-he nouse, whicli is <br />.in violation of Zoning prdinance 62-33, Section 1251,04 (H}, <br />which restricts fence height to four feet. <br />Ivlr. Scott indicated the fence would extend back from the rear of nis <br />house 100 £eet, and t:hat his rear yard extends 300 feet beyond where <br />the f ence would stand. No. Olnisted. <br />Ref :Request for variance to build a. one-sta11 adcii tion to his <br />three-stall horse barn, which would be in violation of Zoning <br />Ordinance 62-33, Section 1].51m04 (B), wlZSCh restricts such <br />buildings and a1terations to 200 feet frofn a dvaelling, said <br />barn being only 135 feet frori the Crabs house. <br />Mr. Crabs produced a large aerial photagraph of the general area. No <br />one appeared in opposition0 Nir. Crabs explained the circumstances of <br />the original erection or the horse Uarn and what nad been done to <br />satisfy surrounding neighbors.
