Others as listed under appel.lant <br />le appellant; Beverly Hills Associates, 15411 Chatfield Ave., Cleveland 11, <br />Ohio. <br />Ref: Request for permission to erect a temporary real estate sales <br />office on sublot 17 on Revere D$ive, North Olmsted, to be used <br />pursuant to the development of the subdivision. Such office is <br />permitted by the Zoning Ordinance 62-33 of Nortlz Olmsted, Section <br />1133.06 (A), but requires approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />Mre Gore, owner of Beverly Hills Associates, represented his company. <br />He indicated the outside construction features of the building uTould be <br />similar to the homes in the area, and produced an intierior drawinb of a <br />similar o£fice in Westlake. All other persons present at the hearing <br />opposed the location of tYie proposed sales office, with Mr. Steve Howarth, <br />5646 Revere Drive, best stzmmarizing the objections by saying the extra <br />traffic a.nd parking was undesirable, and that the type of building itsel£ <br />- was not desirable adjacent to occupied homes. <br />Councilman ',Nest asked N4r. Gore if the sa.les office could be located <br />farther south on Reuere. Comments from the floor indicated this w as <br />generally acceptable. Mr. Klinite said that the location of the sales <br />office on sublot 17 was not in conformance with the Code. Mr. Gore <br />then suggested sublot 219 which w as agreeable to the Revere Drive <br />residents. <br />Mra Klinite moved to grant the request to erect a temporary sales office <br />on sublot 21 on Revere Drive for a maximum of nine months.
