<br />Mr. Andreano presented the Commission with a plan ahowing the cul-de-sac, with Block A
<br />deeded to the City aud a 50 foot radius easement until the road is extended as requested
<br />by the Commission. It was maved by Mr. Vincente seconded by Mro Prokasy, to accept this
<br />subdi4igion ae ahovrn on thfs plat. YEAS Prokasy, Piacerat, LaPonza, gadylak, Macs, Ford,

<br />NORTH PARK SUIBDIVISION (Seetion No. 2)
<br />Mr. Andreano presented impronement drawinga for the RTorth Park Subdivision, Section No. 2.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr. Vincent, ae they had been approved by the City
<br />Engineer, to approve these drawings as presentede YEAS Forde Vincent, LaPonza, Radylak,
<br />Macao Prokasy, goltz.

<br />Mr. Andrnano presented pl.ans for Talp Subdivision Nc. 1 conaistixig of 60 foot street and
<br />37 eublots. Diacuesion ensued and it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Kadpla.k,
<br />to put thia into committee for further stud,y. YFAS LaPonza, Sac'?y1ak, Macs, Vincent, Ford,
<br />FOltz, Prakasy.
<br />Mayor Christman aaked the Commission to consider the need for some profeasionaZ planning
<br />help such ae-Regional Planning or a professional planner. The advantages and disadvantagee
<br />of sueh a propo?al ?aere discuased in ajoint meeting between the Planning Comm3asion,
<br />Coun.cil, and the Mayor, aad after a long discussion, it was moved by Mx°. Prokasy, seconded
<br />by NLr. IaPonza, to have the Niayor set up a combined meeting with Begional Planningo Council,
<br />and the P1anning Ccmmissian, an.d also such a meeting with a private planner, Counefl, and
<br />the Commiasion, YEAS Prokasy, LaPonza, Maca, Kadylak, Vincent, Ford, Eoltz.
<br />It was mazred by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mro Vincentm upon Mr. Kadylak,a notifieation that
<br />he eould not be present at the ne$t two meetings-, to excuse him from those meetings.
