Claxence Goellner, 4180 porter <br />Road, North Olmsted, to approve splitting sL2blot 84 on Porter Road into <br />two sections, the south section being 3yo78 feet wide, which Uvould be <br />added to sublot 85, the Goellner residential property, and the north <br />section of 60.22 feet being added to sublot 83, whicn is in Westlake, <br />? SuUlot 83 would be reduced from 139 feet widtlz to 100 feet width, with <br />the 39 feet beina added to the 60,22 foot section of sublot 84 to again <br />make a 100 foot wsde loto <br />NIr. Scanlon said the taxes would be proportionate for both cities, and <br />that the revised lot would be in keeping with otner lot sizes in the area <br />when considered in total width. The Planning Commission of Westlake has <br />given its final a.pproval to the split of sublot 83 into two parcels, con- <br />tingent upon aPproval by North Olmsted of splittiizg sublot 84m <br />Mra Greene moved to grant the variance contingent upon Council4s approval. <br />Mr. Schmitt seconded.
