Howard I,ink., 6098 Decker 13d., North Olmsted Ref ; Bequest for variance (1133 al3 ) to divi.de parcel into three 60 ft. lots. Lots ti,rill front on proposed extension of Southern Dr. ss.equest is in vio- lation of Section 1157e01 which states lots in B Residence District shal.l have a minimum of 70 ft. width. Mr. Link presented plans. This plat, which is 182 ftm.wide, has already been before the Planning Commission9 at which time they agreed to 90 £t. lots. Since that time the plat has been divided through the middle f'or the purpose of running a proposed extension of Southern Ave, through it. Mr. T,ink said lots in this vicin.ity, on Decker, are 45 ft. wide m IZr. Byers moved to subdivide the southerly half of Permanen-t Parcel 235-8-10, less the width oi proposed Southern Ave., as per slcetch submittedp from two 90 ft. 1.ots to three o0 ft. lots. Second by T4Iro Greene, Vote was unanimous. 2e Appellant: Mobil Oi1 Company, 28233 Lorain Rda, North Olmsted N.equest ior variance (1133.13) to install pole sign on 1facKenaie Rd. Appellant has pole sign already installed on Lorain. Rd, Second sign would be violation of Section 1225002 B(c) which states one pole sign is permitted.
