Page 2, July 7' 1965 <br />Mr. Verdone said a sign in the shape of an ice cream cone is a7.ready installed. <br />Request is to add a star"shaped sibn to present si?r?., star to have bulbs o.f white <br />with circle of red bulbs. These wi11 flash i.ntermittentlg. Wattage not certain but <br />? bulbs willbe of 1ow wattagee No one appeared to object to the sign. Sz? <br />?-?. <br />Tqr. Greene moved to grant the request as a conditional variance, with stipulation <br />that sign be -turned off no later than eleven o'clock,, that it does not create a.public <br />- nuisance9 or create a traffic hazaxd; Variance to be subject to revoPation if not <br />complied with. Second by 14r. Byers. Vote was unanimous. <br />14r. Swenson, 23400 Ir-Testchester J3r., North Olmsted <br />Ref: R,equest for variance (1133.13) to build a detached garage which wi11 be 12 <br />ft. from rear of house. %quest is in violatian 1151.04 (C) which reauires <br />a private detached garage be located so tYa t no part of same shall be within <br />20 ft. o:f a dwelling* <br />l7r. Swenson was present. He said base of driveway was already in when he purchased <br />house and he improved it. Now that he wishes to bui1d a garage, cpmplying Urith the <br />ordinance wotal.d entail removal of present drivew,ay at considerable expense. No one <br />appeared to object. Plans are to build a house on second Iot which would be 21 <br />ft. f rom peaperty line, Request is 3n violation of Section 1161.01 which <br />requires side yard widths of 20 ft.., the minimum width9 on one side, n(It <br />? less than 5 f'c. <br />Iir.
