Mr. Greene moved to grant tYrz variance. Second <br />by I4irs. Ei.an. Vote was Unanimous. <br />At this time, 8;30, Mr. Greene left the meetings <br />3. Leonara l3ade, partners9 presented their planso, They stated <br />they would 1iketo line the ir building with the Kaserman Beverage Store., <br />which is 25' from street 1ine. They said buildings to the east were much <br />closer to the streetP If they place their bui.lding with 50 1 setback' it <br />would not be seen by traffic. If they place ii 25" back, parking of cars <br />will be in rear. Tlr. Kaserman was present at Town Fiall on September l, a-t <br />z,rhich tima he Trranted it made lmown that he was in favor of this variance. <br />Mro SchnLitt moved to grant the variance. Second by IAr. Byers. It was pointed ou't that this parcel had al.ready been granted a <br />varianca of 71 from 501 rear setbacka_ After a discussion a compromise on the <br />side line was reached. '14r.
