Greene moved' that on the basis of previous rulings by the Law <br />Director on requests of this natvx°e., the request for variance be denied. Second <br />by Mro Byers. Vote was unanimous. <br />2. Appellant: 14r. Frank Molnar, 4550 Georgette Ave., North Olmsted <br />Ref; Request for variance to add room to rear of home. He also pl.ans to widen <br />detached garage. Distance between p-roposed additions will be 13?'. Re- <br />quest is in violation of Section 1151.04 Sub (C) which requires a de- <br />tached garage to be 20' from dwelling_on the same 1ot or any adjacent <br />lot. <br />Mr. and T'Irs. Mr. Johnson plans to have a cement patio bettiJeen garage and home after <br />addition has been added. He saici there was a possibiii-ty he would add a patio <br />cover, ivx.
