S/L <br />1 fronts on Walter and is part of 4-lot subdivision. Mr. Greene moved to grant <br />tkie 31 variance. Second by Nirs. ?+iana Unanimously approved. <br />5. Appellant; ilir, Harnj tiGe Nichols, 3133 Olmsted Dr., North Olmsted <br />itieF; Request for va-riance to build a detached garage 3' from side lot line. <br />With 21 variance elimination of a tree would not be necessary. f?quest <br />is in violation of Section 1151.04 Sub (C) which requires a detached <br />garage to be a minimum of 51 from rear and side line. <br />Mr. Idichols said that he neecied variance to give better approach. I.f garage trere <br />to be built wit?.h 51 side, a tree would have to be removed so that he could enter <br />garage . Accompan;?ing his re?}uest was a list of signatures of neighl?ors stating <br />they had no objection to variance.
