Out of this 201 they have offered to deed 51 to the city for <br />road purposes., to add to 31mhux'st Dr. Request i or variance is in vio- <br />lation of Section 1174003, tqhich requires a 25, side street setback on <br />corner lot in retail business district. <br />Present for the appellant: Mre John Snead, builder, T4ra in,Tillard Gray, architect, <br />and Mr. Vincent Fornes' attorney3 representing 14r. Gruber. Present also, 14r. T1el <br />Limpert, Service and Safety Director. <br />This is second appeal. The f irst appeal, as presented on October- 13., 1965, was <br />denied.
