Klinite, Greene and Byers <br />A.lso present: Chas. Shackleton' Bldg. Dept. <br />Jack Foltz2 Councilman <br />Others listed under appal].ants <br />Minutes of the November 3., 1965, meeting were approved as received. <br />1. Appellant: Mr. William B. Pate., 29568 Stewart Drive, North Olmsted <br />Fef; Fequest for variance to bui.ld home at 6212 Christman Dro., (corner <br />Chr'istman and Cambridge) with 15' sideline setback. Request is in <br />v3.olatian of Section 1159002, which requires m3nimum setback on t he <br />sibreet upon which the side of the house faces shall be 251. <br />kir. Pate explained lot was of irregular shape, 709 frontage and 621 rear. South <br />side is 1651 and north' 121051. House is 501 wi.de and 48.5' deep. Subdivision <br />was layod out 3years ago when sidelines weexe151. Driveway to garage runs from <br />Chri.stman. Mro Greene moved to grant the variance. Second by Mr. Byers.. Vote <br />was unanir;ious a <br />2. Appellant: Mr. David Griswold' 4551 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted <br />ftef: Request to add a family room to rear of home. Proposed addition will <br />be 18° fm m detached garage. Request i.s in violation of Section <br />1151.04 Sub (C) which requires a detached garage to be 201 from dwell- <br />ing on the sazm 1ot or any adjacent lot. <br />Present were Mr. Griswold and Mr. Bartel of L. Bartel Construction Co. A1:s6 <br />presont was Mro Jos. Borosh.9 4522 Columbia. Ae had no objection to additiono <br />Room to be added measures 16, wide x 12' deep.
