At rear of 1ot is 15' ditch easemento Ditch is covered for approx- <br />imatelY 75 or 80 percent of width of lote Home is I,-shaPe., the garage being <br />Attaclzed. Mrm Smith obj ected to extension of home 10' beyond his' even tho the <br />extension would be only the I,-portion., ar.d that portion situated on the far side <br />of the lota away from Mr. Smith's home.
