The minutes of the Deceraber l, 1965, meting were approved as re- <br />ceived. <br />Appell.ant a Mr. Angelo J. Cammarato, 6145 Fitch Rd., North. Olmszzd <br />Ref: Request for variance 'co move a 12 story briek dwelling from 2b821? Zorain <br />Nd., to 6155 Fitch Rd. Livable space, first floor9 is approximately 835 <br />square feete i-tequest is in violaf,ion of Section 1153001, which specifies <br />in A Residence District a 12 stozy dwelling should have 1150 square feet <br />in3nimum livable first floor area. <br />Additional variance is requested -to divide appellant's 1ot' which measures <br />137' i,ri.de by 5501 deep9 to 57' x 550+, vrhere he now resides9 and 801 x 5501, <br />where he proposes to move briek dwelling, Request is in violation of <br />Section 1157e0I which requires 80, frontage for lots in Class A area. <br />N1r. Klinite read from the Board of Zoning gppeals minutes of December 1, 1955, <br />that portion pertaining to the first heari.ng of Mro Zammarato's request £or <br />variancesa He stated he had contacted Mr. Kitchen' Law Di.rector, and ifas in- <br />formed that the Board of Zoning Appeals has the authority to grant ei-ther or <br />both of the variances, <br />Mr. Greene moved to remove -the previous motion from the table oi JanuarY 5, 1966, <br />and hear it this evening. Second by iqr. Byers. Vote was zananimotLS. <br />As this time Mr. Joseph Lombardo, attorney' representing Mr. Camrnarato., explained <br />that Mro Cammarato had purchased the home in which he now resides' in August 1964. <br />The home is very small and n.ot adequate for his family, Mr. Cammarato has a <br />commitment with the Mural Co., movers9 to move another house froM 26$24 Lorain <br />RdA This house, -erhich has a detached garage, has two bedrooras doti+m and two <br />roams upstairs' un.iinished. Cost of moving will be $49050s He plans to put a <br />• found.ation underneath., a full basement, and finish the two rooms upstairs. Thi.s <br />ta-i1l cost approximately $4,000. The appellant has taken a loan with the South- <br />i-restern Savings and Loan Co. in the amount of $20,000. 9fter paying off mortgage
