GELINL'12 - 4180 F'Ui2TLR RGAll Mr. Scanlon presented a plan requesting the sglitting of sublot 84 with 60.22, feet in North Olmsted and 39.78 feet in Westlake also aslcing to annex the Southerly 39.78 feet to sublot 83. It was the opinion of the Law Director that this matter should be taken before the Zoning Board of, Appeals and Mr. Scanlon was so advised ancl, it was also recommended that this should be tied up as a 100 foot 1ot by deed restrictions. REGIONAL }:`L..AATIv ING In regard to Regional Planning and the-use of a sgecial consultant as previously,recommended by the Ylanning Commission, it was recommended by the Mayor that the City should join Regional I'lanning and use them f or special projects instead of a sgecial outside consultant, stating . that by belonging to Regional Planning the City would be eligible for Federal funds and he felt that they should. take advantage of this ? opportunity. It was moved by Mr. Lsgar, seconded by Mr. Prolcasy, to request a speaker from Regional Ylanning and also aprivate consultant speak before a special joint meeting of Council anci the Planning Commission for the benefit of the new members.
