He pre,:- ented renderings anci a f loor plan and plot plan for a. <br />building which would cover aPproximately 5 acres of tlze 10 acre tract <br />and would have 238 units, 144-one bedroom, 104 two-bedroom and 35 three- <br />bedroom with approximately 50 % underground parking. Discussion ensued <br />and it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Lsgar, to accept this <br />proposal as presented as a preliminary mixed use plan for 10 acres . <br />YEAS LaPonza, Esgar, Ford, Prokasy, Musial, Fabek, Spalding. <br />In regard to the Deerpath Subdivision No. 4 as stated in the last <br />minutes the words "preliminary pla.t" were corrected by the City <br />Engineer to read "preliminary plan"o <br />DEERPATH SUBDIVISIUN N0. 4 PROFOSED <br />Mr. Clingman inf'onned the Commission that he had been to see the property <br />owner on the opposite side of L1m Road as requested andtthat he was advised <br />that he did not wish to be assessed for this at ttle present timee No <br />further action was takene <br />Each member of the Commission was presented a copy of a forn from the <br />City of Walnut Creek, California, which included an agreement by the <br />City and developers in regard to claims, etc. to possibly be used as <br />aguide by this City. They were also presented a new copy of the <br />proposed rules and regulations and an irLStruction sheet.
