Minutesof February 9, 1965 _4_ A comr_na.nication was read from the Mayor in regard to the Proposal of agreen striP and screened pa-rking as set fo-rth in the minutes of January 12 stating that he was in favor oi this proposal. 1-?' committee was made up of Mr. Spalding and Mr. Esgar to study this rnatter. g communication was read from the Clcrk of Council in rcgard to Ordinances 65-23 and 65-35 an:l enclosing copies. Discussion ensued and it was moved by 14r. Ford, seconded by E1r. LaPonza, to accept Ordinance 65-23, being a change from mixed use to C1ass A High-Rise at the intersection of ICennedy Ridge and Columbia Roads, as written. YEAS Ford,LaPonza, Esgar, Eabek, Spalding, Musial, Prolcasy. It was moved by Mr. Spalding, -seoDiided by Mr. Esgar,in regard to Ordinance 65-35, being an ordinance rezoning 4 suUlots on Delmere Drive from single family to 2 family, to refer this to committee for study. YEAS Esgar, Spalding NOS Ford, Fabelc, Musial, LaPonza, Prokasy It was then moved by Nir. Ford, seconded by Mre IKusial, to accept the ordinance, Ordinance 65-35 as presented. A notice was read in regard to a meeting February 11 at 7:30 at City Hall being a special meeting with rep-resentatives of Regional F'lanning. A communication was read from the mayor in regard to a member f_or the 7 county transportation study. Mr. Fabek voluntee-red and was unani- mously elected. . Mr. Musial reported on the annual dinner off the Regional Planning Commission. A committee of Mr.Musial and Mr. Ford was formed to review the sec- tion of the cllarter as it applies to the Planning Commission and to malce recommendations to the charter commission. It was moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr.LaPonza, to adjourn the meeting. YEAS Ford, LaPonza, Esgar, Fabek, SPalding, Musial, Frokasy. The meeting was adjourned at 11:23 P.M. L47 ? ??
