MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THL PLANAaING COMMISSI0N 0 CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED - MARCi-i 9, 1965 The meetir_g was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Chairman Prolcasy. Present: James Prokasy, Chairman; Donalcl T. Ford, Vice-Chairman; Anthony T. LaPonzay Secretary; and Members Norr.ian Musial, Wa1t SpaldingD Jack Esgar. Absent: Thomas Fabelc Also Present: City Engineer, Richard Labas; Law Director, Bruce Kitchen. The minutes of the special meeting aaere read. The ninutes of the regular meeting were read and corrected as follows: SANDY RIDGE SUBDIVISION - Page 1, or. sublots 10 and 11 Page 3, 1ir.e 5, change "Cities and Villages, line 4, insert word "each" before Villages" to "Ohio Cities and The minutes were approved as correc.ted. COTTOTvW00D TRAIL SUBDIVISION It was reported by the committee that sublots A. B, C, D and E were not ? previously recorded. It wras also reported that this stbdivision is non- ? conforming as to area requirements, sublot 17 is not large enough to meet the area requirement and sublots 18 and 19 are also non-conforming to ? area requirements. It was recommended by the committee that sublots 29. ? and 8 or any other lots in that area be reserved for fut-ure street op;_ninCs and that sublot 17 should be reserved for an East-West street I operiing and end in a T-type cul-de-sac. It was also recommended tizat ; the additional lands lef t over after sublot 17 was made into a street should be added to sublots 18 and 19 to make them conform. Sublots 20 and 16 are also not acceptable because they do not show a 50 f oot side- lineo 'I°he committee°s recommendation in regard to Sublots A, B, C, D ' and Ewas to straighten this out and make sublot A 100 feet, Sublot B I 95 f eet, sublot C 100 f eet and sublot D 100 feet and eliminate sublot E. It was also reported that Mr. Lochner had agreed to give the City ot North 0lmsted a 10 f oot dedication along his land for future street ' widening. Discussion ensued relative to this proFosal betraeen Mr, ? Lochner, Mr. Saylor, the City Engineer, Law Director, and members of the Commission it was moved by AIr. Spalding, seconded bgr Mr-. Fard, to:.
