Mr. Sands <br />stated that the developers wou1d ckgree to donate to the City 10 acres <br />of land for sqhatever purpose they may desire to use it. This land is <br />centrally located in the subdivision. He also stated that they wou1d <br />be willirs.g to culvert a11 ditcb.es in the subrlivision providing that <br />an ordinance be Fassed statinc that the people STho develop to the South <br />wou1d pay a proportionate share of havirig to i??crease the size of the <br />cu.lvert to ta':e care of their 1ands. Discz:ssion ensued between th.e <br />developers, members of tl?e commission and residents in this area. It <br />was moved by Mr. LaFonza, seco?}ded by Mr. Ford, to put this into <br />committee for further study. Kaclar, presented a Froposal for <br />a subdivision of 103 sublots in the Walter Road - Lorain Road area, <br />with approximately 12 acres to be deeded to the City as a recreational <br />site if the City is favorable. Discussion cnsued and it was moved by <br />Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Esoar, 'co put this into committee for <br />further stuuv. Niusial and NIr. <br />Fabek, <br />The Commission has received from Council the following Ordinances : <br />65-63 - Amending zoning ordinance - corner 1ot setback and required <br />number of parking spaces per dwelling unit <br />65-64 -.Amendment to Platting Ordinance in accordance with City <br />Lngineer's recommendations <br />65-65 - Ghange in zoning to General Retail Iiusiness from C1ass "C" <br />Residence and Tlultiple fiesidence (Great Northern B1vd. from <br />Lorain to Brookpark)
