DiBenedetto and Mr. Kanareff came Uefore the Commission with this <br />proposal showing a 5 foot walkway into the recreational area and a 30 <br />foot driveway with an access to the school rroperty. This plan showed <br />80 s-oot lots on Dover Genter 'Roade Discussion ens?.p-d and it was stated <br />that 11.4 acres in the IIelen Fox parcel would be given to the City f or <br />recreat.ioR11 Purposes and tllat t11c reason for this is that He1en rox <br />parcel is a 20 acre parcel of which the City wi11 receive 11.4 acres <br />bu.t they have not speeiiied the metes and bouncts as th.is would be caorked <br />out when the area is develoPed and the develoPer will submit a 1etter <br />to this effect. It caas moved by NIr. Ford, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, <br />that the Commission accept the Sandy :idge Subdivisi_on as shown and <br />that the 11.4 acres wi11 be held for a recrea.tio-tia1 area in the <br />Helen Fox parcel.
