<br />£acilities are available, and also to appi-ove the topographic plans.

<br />Service Director that he felt that there would be no service problems
<br />in the area. Discussion ensued an.d it was moved by I?,sr. LaI'onza,
<br />secon.ded bST Mr. Ford, to accept Bretton Riclge Subdivision No. 4 as
<br />shoi,m on the plan with the exception that the 4 streets 1eading into
<br />the ad jacen.t area cai11 be improved with 60 f oot -radius concrete cu1-
<br />de-sacs which may be vacated at a iuture date so that the area adjacent
