Ford, <br />and members Jack Esgar, Walter Spalding ancl Thomas Fabelc. <br />Absent : Secretary Anthony T. LaPonza and membe-r `Lorman Musial s- <br />A1so Fresent : Law Director Bruce ifitCheTl and City Engineer Richard <br />Lab as . <br />The minutes of the previous meeting vJere read b,y Acting Secreta-ry <br />Esgar and corrected as follows: <br />Page 2__ Cottonwooc. Trail -- inclucle "pA communication was <br />received from Blossom Lanc3 Co. stating that they -would pro- <br />vicie the sanitary sewers in this area." <br />Page 3-- Sun Oil -- char.ge t'curb" to "eenter island." <br />With t;hese corrections the mi:-iutes were approved as corrected. <br />BRETTON RTDGE N0. 4 <br />14r. Biskind and IvIr. Kanareff presented the Commission with a new <br />dratring whieh met with the requirements of the Commission. Dis- <br />cussion ensued and it was moved by P4r. Ford, second.ed by Pls. Esgar, <br />to accept Bretton Ridge Subc?ivision Noa 4 as presented at the <br />meeting of June 22 as prepared from the minutes of June $ and that <br />sublots 170 and 171 can not be built on until the neeessary land is <br />acquirecl to complete them as full lotse YEAS Ford, Esgar, Spalcing, <br />Prokasy, Fabek. <br />It vras moved by Mra Fabek, seconded bZT NIr. Spalding, to excuse 1•Rr. <br />LaPonza and Mr. Musial from the meeting.
