Nleeting of July 27, 1965 <br />-G- <br /> <br />Page . 11, Paragraph 1125 . 50 , Def ini-tion of Lot 14idth <br />"The width of a lot shall be measured at the intersection of <br />the building line a.nd%:Lthe mean lot depth line at right angles <br />to the mean lot dep th 1ine. <br />.Zft no case, however, should either the iront or rear lot <br />line be less than GO% of the required width at the building <br />Iine." <br />It was moved by Mr. 5palding, seconded by Mr. Esgar, that this af ore- <br />mentioned change be recommended to Council. YEAS Spalding, Esgar, <br />Fabek, Musial, ZaPonza, Prokasy, Ford. <br />BLOSSOIvI LAND CORP. <br />Mr. DiBenedetto presented a preliminary p1an for a propcsed subdivision <br />of 26 sublots located off of Cottonwood Trail. Discussion ensued rela- <br />tive to this proposal and it ztiTas moved by Nir. LaPonza, seconded by A7r. <br />Ford, to put tlzis into committee for further study with tlze Law Director. <br />Yt:.AS LaFonza, Ford, Esgar, Fabek, Spalding, Musial, Prokasy. <br />It caas moved by AZr.
