Request is for 5' variance an front yard setback and <br />31811 variance in rear yard setback. This uould result in a <br />f ront yard of 451 ' on garage portion of home onlya and a4.6 14" <br />rear yard: N:equest is in violation of Section 1159s01., whiah <br />requires a 50' front yard setback., and Sectaon 1163.01., which <br />requires a 50' rear yard setback. <br />Present were Mr. James McEntee and Mr. Wallace McEntees They stated purchaser <br />of this lot di.d not want trees to be removed. There are trees both in the front <br />yard and the rear yard. In order to conserve them, plan for layout of house has <br />been adjusted to the trees' necessitatang a request for variances. <br />Lot is on cw^ve with 106.189 frontagea 73.77' rear line and 150' and 146037' <br />sidelinesa Plans show open patio at rear.
