Biskind, in his letter <br />of March 1, 1966. <br />A letter from Mr. Clarence J. Oviatte Engi,neexs Bldg.' Cleveland' dated February <br />23, 1966' was reada He requested that the appeal for variance made by the <br />Rinella Bros., 25984 L-orain Rdo, and denied at the February 2., 1966, meeta.ng, <br />be reheard.
