2. <br />Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Nr. Krock was present. Mr. Kugler objected, saying 60' lots would not <br />be an improvement even though the lots were 140' deep. Mr. Nelson made <br />a motion to grant this appeale Second by Mr. Scheeff. Carried. <br />4. Appellant: William L. Rinyu, 3657 W. 117th Street, Cleveland. <br />Request for variance (1133. <br />Decker Road, North Olmsted, <br />in half, adding 20' to next <br />so as to make two 60' lots. <br />of #62-33, Section 1157.01, <br />residence district shall be <br />13) to subdivide S/L 395 <br />by dividing said 40' lot <br />adjoining S/L 394 and 396, <br />Request is in violation <br />which specifies lots in B <br />70' wide. <br />Mr. Rinyu was present. He plans to build a house comparable to the others <br />in that area. The lots were purchased in 1960. There was some discussion <br />concerning the county ditch and the easement given by Mr. Rinyu. Mr. <br />Henry Caster, Councilman contributed his remarkso Mr:.Ne'lson made a <br />motion to grant this appeal. Second by Mr. Scheeff. Carried. <br />5. Appellant: Ryan Homes, Inc., 632 Dover Center Road, Bay Village. <br />Request for variance (1133.13) to build a home on S/L <br />47B, 6604 Sutton Drive, which will have a 45' rear <br />yard setback. Request is in violation of #62-33, Sec- <br />tion 1163.01, which requires 50' rear yard setback. <br />Mr. Janocha, salesman for Ryan Homes, was present. There being no objection <br />to this appeal, Mr. Scheef made a motion that it be granted. Second by Mrs. <br />Eian. Carried. <br />6. Appellant: Charles Sword, 23921 Fairlawn Drive, North Olmsted. <br />Request for variance (1133.13) to build porch enclo- <br />sure on existing slab at rear of home. Slab is 12' by <br />201. Depth of rear yard from porch enclosure would be <br />451. Request is in violation of #62-33, Section 1163.01, <br />which requires 50' rear yard setback. <br />Mr. Sword was presente Mr. Joe Boccuzzi presented photographs and plans <br />for this enclosure, Mrs. Eian made a motion to grant this appeal. Second <br />by Mr. Scheeff. Carried. <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M. <br />6dilliam J. Greene, Chairman
