Fabek at 8:12 o'lock p.m. with the following members <br />present: Acting Chairman Thomas M. Fabek, Acting Secretary Walter <br />T. Spalding, Jr., and Members Donald T. Ford and Antony T. LaPonzao <br />Motion was made by Mr. LaPonza to excuse Chairman James A. <br />Prokasy9 Vice-Chairman Jac]< Esgar and Members Norman T. Musial; <br />seconded by Spalding. Motion put to a vote; yeas, LaPonza, Ford, <br />Spalding and Fabeko <br />Also Present: Mr. John W. Lekas, Mr. Ken Yarus, Mr. W. <br />Sukenik; Mr. Raymond Dykes, resident, North Olmsted;Mro Dnnald <br />Horace; Mr. and Mrs. William Elliott; Mr. Doug Elber, resident, <br />North Olmsted; Mr. Richard Labas, City Engineer, Hon. Lesko, Architec-t, <br />North Olmsted City School District. <br />II Minutes of Meeting of May 10, 1966 were corrected: <br />Page 2, Subparagraph (c) Medical Realty Inc.. completely <br />deleted and corrected as follows: <br />(c) Medical Realty Inc. <br />Chairman Prokasy expressed his feelings there had been some <br />obvious change in the Regional Planning Commission's proposal not <br />to include the front portion of 252 and Lorain, which necessitates <br />rezoning in order to locate that building and sufficient parking. <br />It was the Chairma,n's feeling, after considering it, and with the <br />thought of other commercial enterprises on that corner that he was <br />not in favor of the rezoning. <br />It was his opinion, understanding the problems involved, that <br />this paxcel did not require rezoning because there is suffiGient <br />land to develop that particular structure. He also indicated frpm <br />the information received that the Regional Planning Commission'Q <br />recommendation was not favorable in that they were not looking <br />particularly to extend retail zoning in the City of North 0lmsted,
