At the building line, <br />?w _. <br />hoti?ever, the lot widthg ??btzlcl be on the order of 75 feet• The Planning <br />Co2rnnissfon sentiment was in favor of thisisubdivision, but since the <br />Zoning Code requires SO foot lot widths at the build.ing 1ine, in this <br />area., the Planning Corrnission was unable to take action on the requested <br />subdivision and referred Nro Wasniak 'to the Zoning' Board of Appeals. A <br />motion ti,ras made by Mr. Scheeff and seconded by Mrs Esgar that the Planning <br />Commiasion auggest to the Zoning Board of .Appea.ls that if they permit <br />variances on lot width.s to permit the tUro lot subdivision, tha.t no f?a.i;urs <br />variances on side yards be permitted. Restaurant-Lorain Road (between Silverdale <br />and Canterbury Roads) <br />(3) Standard Oil Station-26953 I;ora3n Road at GJhitethorn- <br />remodeling and alteration <br />(b ) A letter from the FAA regarding the N`ichael Varacly High <br />Rise Apartment was read. The letter indicated that the apartment would <br />provido some interference with the land.ing pattern at the airport and <br />modifications would be required. <br />? <br />VI Cormnittee Reports <br />(a) Hospital Survey <br />In the absenee of Norma.n Musial, no report wa.s made. <br />(b) Condominium Parking <br />Mrm Carl Bohm stated that he has studied the condominium <br />park3ng problem and sug?ested that the code be revised ta decre,ase apart- <br />ment density in order to permit more off street parking.
