Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by ChairMan Walter <br />Spa]_ding. Those present xere Messrs, Norman Musial., Jack Esgar, <br />William ScheEff, TAralter Spalding, Thomas Fabek, J'ames Pr°okasy' <br />Anthony La.Ponza. Also present: Frank I}utton, City Engineer; <br />Ca.rl Bohm, Fegional Planning Corunission; Frank Lord, Atsistant <br />Law Director9 V"allp Henklea Secretax°yo <br />II. Reac?ing and Correction of Minutes <br />The fo]lowing corrections were made to the minutes of June 13th: <br />No. III.(b) I.ora.in - 260th Re«lty Co. - Mr, Scheef made the motioa <br />to reject the proposal, seconded by Mr. Prokasy; all ayeo. <br />Mr. LaPonza made the motion to dispense z.rrith the reading of the <br />minutes of the June 13tn meeting and to approve as correcteclo <br />Mr. Musial seconded the motion. Apes: Spqlding, Scheeff' Fabeks <br />Esgar, Prokasy, LaPonza9 i4usial. <br />. <br />III. Old Buainess <br />(a) Regional Plunain Cor.miission F.eport a.nd Discussion of Reta.il <br />Business Potential - Carl Bohm explained the definitions on <br />the lest two pages of the report passed out to ea.ch member <br />at the last meeting. Discussion f°ollowed regarding how the <br />1965 and 1985 figures were arrived at and what these figures <br />meant. <br />(b) Anter Subdivision - Mr. Anter was not present but copies of <br />the proposed plan kere distributed. Basically involves the <br />digiding of one 1901 lot on Stearns Road into twro 95' lots. <br />Mr. LaPonza moved to subdiv3.de the property into two lots - <br />Mr. Anter is to be notified to bring in $300 feem Motion <br />secoaded by Mr. Prokasy, Ayeso Spalding, Esgars Musial' <br />LaPonzas Scheeff, Fabek, Prokasy. <br />(c) Geiger Lot Line Relocation - Mr. Fabek sta.ted the basic pronosal <br />and made the motiott to accept the Geiger Suhdivision moeing <br />3.551 froffi 28429 Lorain Road to increase size of adjoining <br />lot at 28475 Lorain Road to the required size of 149.551. <br />Mr. LaPonza seconded the motiono Agess Spalding, Esgar, <br />Musial, LaPonza, Scheeff, Fabek, Prokasy. <br />(d) Wolfgram S.ibdivision - Mrs. Wolfgram present. Mr. Esigar me,de the motion that the Wolfgram Subdivision be approved f,o <br />permit subdividing one lot into tXO lots 80.611 and 631 fride. <br />Mro Scheeff seconded the motionm Ayes: Spaldixigf Esgax, <br />Musiala LaPonza,, Scheeff, Fabeky Prokasy.
