Discussion <br />followedo Mr. DiBenedetto stated taat he would be willing to <br />deec3 151 of Zand to the city for the purl-ose of widening <br />Co]_umbia Foad if needed. He wil-l provide a letter to this <br />ef"ect. The motion was made by Mr. Esgar to approve the <br />detailed plans of Nornandy Apartments. Mr. Scheef seconded the <br />motion. Ayes: Fabek, Spalding, Esgar, LaPonza, Musial, Scheef. <br />Mr. Prokasy,who had to leave the meeting earlier, left word <br />with the Chairman that his yote was N0. - <br />(c) Wasniak Subdivision - Mr. Wapniak present. A letter was read <br />-from the Board of Zoning Appeals which indicated that they had <br />granted the variance recuested. Mr. Esgar moved that based on <br />the Zoning Appea.7..s variance granted that the Planning Commission <br />approve the L;asniak Subdivision as presented. Mr. Fabek seconded the motion. Comrnunications <br />(a) Notices of Commercia1 Plans Filed with Building Department - None. <br />(b) Sheet-A-Week by Clevel-and Real Property Inventory <br />(c) Bi monthly report of the Boarcl of Education <br />(d) Minutes of the Board of Zonin;; Appeals meeting <br />(e) Turnpike Commission Report <br />(f) Letter from City Council regarding proposed Code of Ethics.- <br />Mr. Musial will head a committee to study this proposed Ordinance. <br />(g) Letter from Mr. Gizndy regard.ing private road being b]Wilt in <br />Country Club Boulevard area - Discussion followed with the <br />following conclusions reached: Planning Cammission should be very <br />caref.il in approving plans for mixed-use districtsa Building <br />permits should be reviewed and no permits given to developers Who <br />violate the green strip ordinance. A letter is to be aent to the <br />Building Departanent suggesting tha.t they go back to the original <br />plan approved in 1963 to determine any other violations. The <br />Planning Commission wants the contractor to shox on what authority <br />he is proceeding.
